WHAT IS CUSTOMISATION?
Customisation basically means altering an existing garment whether that’s through adding a pocket or attaching printed sleeves. Customisation also includes our cut and sew service which allows you to essentially build a t-shirt from scratch. By printing on sheets of fabric from which a t-shirt pattern is then cut and assembled you benefit from complete creative freedom as well as perfectly registered multiple colours.
POPULAR CUSTOMISATION OPTIONS
CUSTOM SLEEVE ROLLS
Fabric is either screen printed or supplied and attached to the t-shirt sleeves before being rolled and stitched.
Plain, printed or made from patterned fabric custom pockets are a great way to add detailing to a t-shirt.
Have them printed or supply your own fabric either way this option will definitely make your t-shirt stand out.
We're open to new possibilities so if you have a customisation idea let us know - we'd love to help.
CUT AND SEW
Our cut and sew service allows you to build your own t-shirt. Jersey sheets are printed instead of ready made garments giving you control of all aspects of the design. Unlike all-over printing this method also means you can print multiple colours on one design. Perhaps you want your finished garment to have a different printed panel for the front, back and sleeves – this service makes all that possible and gives the finished item a unique and bespoke feel. If you would like to the see the process in action watch our video HERE.
We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you to design your own cut and sew t-shirt by creating a Photoshop template into which you can upload your artwork. It gives print area dimensions, details about seam markers. Contact us to request a template.
Our 3rd Rail t-shirt pattern (or template) was designed based on what we found to be the most popular t-shirt styles and comes in sizes S-XL. Here is an example of what a medium looks like when worn.
We supply a lightweight jersey that is currently available in black and white with matching fine ribbing. Here are some close ups of the finish of our cut and sew t-shirts including ribbing and herringbone tape details on the neck, shoulder stitching and the hem.
