3RD RAIL BLOG BACK ON TRACK

Hi! 3rd Rail here. We’re making a comeback in the online universe after a long stretch without a single blog post. It’s been a seriously busy year!

PS: Check this out! 2 colour discharge all over with white plastisol logo for house music label, Paradise.

Highlights include huge jobs for Alt-J, Harley Davidson, Fnatic, Aston Martin and Kush Wisdom, bespoke fashion tees for Nasir Mazar, William Wilde and Kumo alongside boutique ranges from Maple Motorcycles, Forces Creative and Suara. We’ve also upped our paper printing game, producing beautiful editions for Sam Peet, Skull & Heart and Tom J Newell whilst hosting our first ever exhibition, Artist Beer Visions, featuring 20 artists’ imaginary beer labels. In fact, that show has only just completed its ten month tour of the UK, enthralling beer/art/print fans every step of the way.

Of course there a countless other brands and individuals who deserve a mention but time and memories sure do fly away when you’re working like this! The business has expanded and we’ve welcomed more excellent team members into the fray. Our alterations department has come a long way too, ranging from simple neck labels and custom pockets to half n half sleeves and wholly original cut & sew tees! We’ve even built some snazzy glass walls around our office area to help keep things focussed.

Still in Bermondsey, South London, things are better than ever and despite all the challenges we’ve faced and overcome, the world of screen printing never lets up on its demand for cutting edge techniques and high class innovation. We’re meeting it head on and with a more streamlined website in the pipelines and reinvigorated online presence we’ll be aiming to keep you in the loop with brand highlights, production insights and more.
